When the accused does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2012, the Defendant was punished by a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on November 29, 2012, and two million won for the same crime at the Seoul East East District Court on May 16, 2014.

On November 29, 2018, around 23:33, 2018, the Defendant driven C Podp-ray car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 15km from the front of the building B in Jung-gu Seoul to the front road of the sports complex, which is located in the 4-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, for about 15k-dong, while under influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.067%.
