The sentence of sentence shall be suspended for the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 25, 2011, the Defendant forged a private document in the name column of “C”, “D”, and “S Dong-gu E”, etc. in the resident registration number column, using a verification-type pen at the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Office 6-9 Ecompact office, and forged one copy of the application form for the exclusive use of the private member Scom in the name of “C”, “D”, and “Se-gu E” in the resident registration number column, with the intention of exercising the signature of “C” in the applicant customer column.
2. The Defendant, at the same time and place of the event of the above investigation document, cans the application for the exclusive use of the private member SKT, and held the application for the issuance of the card on the SK website with it attached.
3. On April 2, 201, around 19:22, 201, the Defendant: (a) committed an act as if he/she had a legitimate authority to use the SK Card under the name of C to the employees of the said company, who were unable to know the name in the victim EF building office located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) provided that he/she would pay the service charges provided by the said company using the SK Card in the name of C; and (c) was provided with services equivalent to KRW 15,340,0
From that time until May 13, 2011, the Defendant purchased goods or received services that amount to KRW 7,124,037 on a total of 82 occasions, such as indicated in the List of Offenses (excluding No. 24,27,31, 32, 36) in the same manner from May 13, 201, and acquired property benefits from the victim.
4. On April 17, 201, at around 22:18, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 50,000 in cash by inserting the SK card under C in the name of the victim in a cash automatic machine, the name of which is managed by him/her, and then inserting the cash service server and inputting the password from that time until April 21, 201, and then withdrawing KRW 24,27,31,32, and 36 in the same manner from that time by the same time until April 21, 2011.
