Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant worked as a telephone exchange agent of the previous taxi company “C”, and the victim B (the victim B) currently works as a taxi company telephone exchange agent of the said “C”, and is aware of the fact that the Defendant and the employee were in the previous workplace.

Victim D(52 years of age, South) is a person who runs a company of the above “C”.

The Defendant sought the phrase “A is winded by her husband, and poppy poppy,” and sought it in the “C” office to maturity the victim B who is working to comply with it.

1. On May 7, 2018, the Defendant causing property damage: (a) around 00:08, the U.S. office was located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; (b) around C office, the Defendant entered the said office in order to meet B; (c) the entrance was corrected; and (d) the entrance was installed at the entrance of the above entrance ( approximately 1m, approximately 2m in length) managed by the victim D, thereby damaging that amounting to KRW 80,00 for incidental repair costs.
