A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 25, 2019, the Defendant, as an acting driver of “B,” was called “B,” a substitute driving call at around 22:41 on December 25, 2019, but revoked by the customer. On the same day, at around 22:44 on the same day, the Defendant called “B” to the call center office located on the fourth floor of the Seo-gu Daejeon Building, and became a member of the staff in charge of the call to inform D of the cancellation of the call.

At around 23:00 on the same day, the defendant found the above call center office and found that the substitute driving program installed on the defendant's mobile phone was suspended from the call center immediately after the defendant got out of the building, and thought the above D to the call center office in a mixed manner.

On December 26, 2019, at around 04:49, the Defendant purchased gasoline 9 L from "F located in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon." On the same day, at around 05:42, the Defendant sent a telephone to the call center office at around 119 and reported that "I will stop to the call center office." At around 05:42 on the same day, the Defendant spread 9 L from the fourth floor of the building in which the victim G (the age of 46) and the victim's parents were living together in five floors to the stairs of the third to third floor, and the police officers dispatched upon receipt of a report “I will stop to stop to stop the president of the acting driving company.” On the same day, the Defendant was put to the call center at around the fourth floor without being put to the above four floors. Accordingly, the defendant tried to destroy a building used as a residence by a person, but he did not have to do so with the wind which he did not move.
