1. The defendant shall pay the plaintiff KRW 40,000,000.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On November 1, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract between the Defendant and the Plaintiff on a fixed basis as the contract amounting to 40,000,000 won for electrical construction among the new construction works for a multi-household house on the ground 231-1, Jeju-si, Jeju-si, and the scheduled date for completion of a new construction project, and the Plaintiff completed the said construction project, and the Plaintiff completed the said construction project.

B. Therefore, the Plaintiff seeks payment of the above construction cost of KRW 40,000,000 against the Defendant.
