A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B rocketing car.

On February 15, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at 04:10% of blood alcohol concentration 0.149%, and the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, and the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in front of a DNA restaurant in the Yannam-gu, Yannam-gu, Yanannam-gu, and was under the influence of alcohol in the south-west-gu, Yannam-gu, the part of the front part of the car driven by the Defendant as the front part of the car driven by the victim F (30 years of age) who was transmitted at the front bank and was under the influence of alcohol in the south-gu, Yannam-gu.

2. On May 9, 2018, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Daejeon District Court’s Branch of the Incheon District Court on May 9, 2018.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.149% at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1), driven B rocketing car from approximately 5km to the front of the D cafeteria located in the East-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yanan-gu.
