Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bsch Rexton car.

1. On July 29, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.213% on blood alcohol level on July 17, 2016, and led the Defendant to drive the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.213% on July 29, 201, at a speed below the speed of 1-lane in the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yanan-gu and 933 Jeju Metropolitan City

At the same time, other vehicles were in progress. In such a case, there was a duty of care to maintain the safety distance with other vehicles, thoroughly see the front left of the course, and accurately manipulate the steering direction and brake system of the vehicle, thereby preventing accidents.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting the duty of the front-time care while standing in the front direction of the Defendant, and received the front part of the victim C (the 35-year-old driver) driving car from the front direction of the Defendant’s driving car to the front part of the Defendant’s driving car, and suffered injury, such as the fluoral dynas and tension, in need of approximately two weeks of treatment for the victim C and the victim E (the 30-year-old driver).

As a result, the defendant driving a vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered an injury to the victims.

2. Around 17:57 July 29, 2016, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexton car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.213% from the section of approximately 500 meters to the front road of the entrance of the Yong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Incheon-do, Yacheon-si, Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, Yancheon-do, to drive the Bsch Rexton car.
