Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who sells livestock products under the name of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C.

Any person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business shall be equipped with the facilities prescribed by the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes and report it to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without filing a business report with the competent authority from September 4, 2015 to January 19, 2016, operated the sales of livestock products with an average of KRW 500,000 per month, by having the display stand and the meat cooling room and one unit in the place of business with approximately three square meters from around September 4, 2015 to around January 19, 2016.
