Criminal facts

The Defendant is a person who operates a meat sales business in the name of “C” in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

A person who intends to engage in the meat sales business (including the business of re-fusing or dividing packaged meat) that sells meat or packaged meat in a specialized manner shall be equipped with facilities prescribed by relevant Acts and subordinate statutes and shall report thereon to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, without reporting meat sales business, the Defendant, at the size of 14.85 square meters of an unauthorized building located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, sold meat of approximately KRW 180 km 750,000 per monthly average of 180 km for an unspecified customer who visits his/her business place from December 20, 2017 to April 10, 2018 by having the cryst and string, crying the meat of KRW 180 ggg, 750,000 per 1.2 km and selling the meat of KRW 180 g,00 per 1.2 km.
