A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

6,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

As to the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 4652" is not a person handling psychotropic drugs, and thus the defendant is not allowed to handle the psychotropic drugs, such as a single-person handling psychotropic substances (hereinafter referred to as "written phone").

1. From May 13, 2017 to the 14th day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) asked B to request B, who purchased a penphone; (b) requested B, who purchased a penphone from May 13, 2017 to request B, from May 14, 2017 to 3 million won in cash; and (c) requested B, at the office located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government between May 13, 2017 to 3 million won in cash; and (d) around the above time, B purchased a penphone by putting off B, who purchased the penphone from E with the above money, and received the rophone by putting the fluench amount among the rophone purchased from B.

2. From May 13, 2017 to the 14th day of the same month, the Defendant administered a phiphoneon one time after inserting approximately 0.05g of phiphones purchased from May 13, 2017 to around the 14th day of the same month, as described in paragraph (1), in the Defendant’s dwelling located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and inserting approximately 0.05g of phiphones purchased from the same month as described in paragraph (1), into a single crophone, and dilution them into the Defendant’s arms.

3. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant purchased philophones and received them on May 29, 2017, at the office of B located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and at the office of B located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant purchased philophones with approximately 300,000 won in cash from E, and purchased philophones with about 10,000 won in cash from E, and received philophones among the philophones purchased above to B.

4. From May 29, 2017 to around the 30th day of the same month, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 grams among the phiphones purchased as described in paragraph (3) at the Defendant’s residence located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from May 29, 2017 to around the 30th day of the same month.

5. On June 2018, the Defendant, who administered a scopon, among the philophones purchased as described in paragraph (3), from among the philophones purchased in G Station G in the vicinity of Gangdong-gu Seoul, and in paragraph (2), from among the philophones purchased as described in paragraph (3).
