A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Metropoper (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philoopon”), Mesopha, and the body thereof as follows.

1. Receipt and administration of compopon around August 2016 to September 9, 2016.

A. From August 20, 2016 to around the 21st day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) received 0.05g gramopon from D at a hotel located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as a disposable injection machine; (b) injected them with water; and (c) injected them into one’s arms.

B. On September 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered approximately 0.04 grams of philophonephones in a single-use injection machine; (b) injected them with water; and (c) administered them for injection in one’s arms, which was given and received from non-personally non-personally from the mutual influence in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu.

2. Around 15:00 on August 11, 2016, the Defendant used the Mebane rice and its dead body administered and used the Mebane rice and its Mebane Mecian Mecian Mecian Mecian Mecians, which were given free of charge by F in the mutual influorites near Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

4. On January 30, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones, around January 30, 2017, took the philophones volume from his home located in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul around January 30, 2017.

5. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant received and administered philophones from a police officer on the first half of December 2016, 2016, after receiving approximately 0.03g of philophones from J at the trade influence in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, at around 08:00, to the Defendant’s arms by dilution with water.
