A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2015 Highest 1886]
1. On April 6, 2015, between 00:00 and 03:00, the Defendants co-principaled the Defendants: (a) cut in front of the Government of the Gyeonggi-si; (b) carried out the Defendant B, which was loaded onto the F vehicle parked by the victim E, in front of the Gyeonggi-si; and (c) Defendant A carried out two saws of the original form and one ham that he was parked in the said vehicle; and (d) Defendant A carried out one ham.
As a result, the Defendants jointly stolen 2,80,000 won in total and 80,000 won of the market price of the victim E, and 1 hamth, and attempted to steal or steal 2,804,000 won in total from around May 4, 2015, together with 26 times from that time to May 4, 2015.
2. At around 12:00 on April 13, 2015, Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct: (a) parked J vehicle in front of the “H” restaurant located in G in Gyeonggi-si, the Government of the Gyeonggi-si; (b) and (c) cut off the vehicle with one ham, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 320,00,000, the victim’s market price, which was the victim’s possession, was lost in loading the said vehicle by taking advantage of the gaps where surveillance was neglected.
[2015 Highest 2622] On May 3, 2015, at around 00:30 on May 3, 2015, Defendants 200: (a) Defendant B, who was parked on the front road of Gyeonggi-si, was able to cut up with the tools locked in advance; (b) Defendant A, who was loaded on the said vehicle, was able to locked with the tools locked; and (c) Defendant A, on the part of the victim’s market value located in the loading box, 7 auxiliary materials equivalent to the total market value of KRW 100,00,000,000 in total, and 60,000,000 won in front of the market value.
As a result, the Defendants jointly stolen tools worth KRW 390,000,000 from May 2, 2015 to May 3, 2015, together with sections worth KRW 2.67,00,00 in total market price from around three times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table 2.
