1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
A. A. On July 13, 2019, around 14:00 on July 13, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim E, who was parked in the D parking lot located in Kimhae-si C, with the victim’s share of KRW 44,00 in the total market value equivalent to KRW 20,00,000.
B. On July 29, 2019, around July 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered one mobile phone unit in the right place near the Kimhae Welfare Center located in the 37 Gale-ro 15-ro, Kimhae-si on July 29, 2019; (b) discovered one mobile phone unit in the amount of KRW 100,000,000 at the victim F-owned market; and (c) took advantage of the difference in supervision over the victim.
C. At around 11:20 on August 28, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face one time by her hand on the ground that the victim F (59 years of age) was fluoring in his/her arms shelters near the Kimhae Welfare Center.
2. On July 16, 2019, at around 12:25, the Defendants’ co-principaled the Defendant’s co-principal, who was parked in the D parking lot located in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, with a view to thefting the alcohol of the victim E while loaded the cargo loaded in the D parking lot, and Defendant B reported the network in the vicinity, Defendant A entered the parking lot beyond the fence, and then carried the 46,000 won small box (30 illness) at the market price of the victim who was loaded in the above Poter’s cargo loaded in the parking lot.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
