Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in relation to the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in the Support of the Mangwon method and the Defendant was subject to the registration of personal information on sexual crimes on the 30th of the same month, which became final and conclusive.

Where a person subject to registration of personal information has changed his/her basic personal information (place of domicile, etc.), he/she shall report the reason and change to the head of the competent police agency within 20 days from the date the relevant cause occurs.

Nevertheless, the Defendant failed to submit a report on the change of basic personal information to the head of the competent police office without justifiable grounds, even though his/her actual place of residence was changed due to the Sinwon-si B, 407 B, and 407 B around the end of June 2017.
