A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on May 4, 2012 due to a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape, etc.) in the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on April 26, 201, and became a person subject to registration of personal information, the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 4,

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who was removed from the Gangseo-gun B and C, the actual place of residence on October 2020, did not submit the reason and change without justifiable grounds to the head of the competent police office within 20 days from the date of occurrence of the change.
