Punishment of the crime

On December 27, 2012, at around 21:25, the Defendant driven a B 1 ton truck under the influence of alcohol alcohol content of about 0.153% at a distance of about 200 meters from the front day of the same Eup/Myeonn Dondong, Goung-gu, Goung-gun, Goung-gun, Goung-gun to the front day of the same Eup/Myeonn Don.
