A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant needs to undergo a long-term mental and medical treatment due to his or her dementia in detail known alz's disease, symptoms of excessive sexual desire caused by such dementia, stimulative disorder in detail, and so on, having weak ability to discern things or make decisions, and there is a risk of recidivism.
