A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a big victim B (n't, 12 years of age, 12 years of age).

In around 2017, the defendant was living together with the defendant and the father of the victim who died with depression, and the victim was considered to have been able to look at the victim from that time.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act such as Minors;

A. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) had the victim intending to sleep at the victim’s house located in Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, to report the victim’s home; (b) had the victim take care of the victim’s chest and sexual part; (c) had the victim take care of the victim’s chest and sexual part; and (d) had the victim take care of the victim’s fingers and kis; and (c) had the victim take care of the victim’s fingers.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age by force.

B. On July 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim who was intending to sleep at the victim’s home as stated in the new wall bordering port; and (b) committed an indecent act against the victim; and (c) took part in the victim’s chests and the part of the victim’s chests by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age by force.

C. On July 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim who was intending to sleep at the victim’s home as stated in the new wall bordering port; and (b) committed an indecent act against the victim; and (c) took part in the victim’s chests and the part of the victim’s chests by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age by force.

2. On July 1, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor, quasi-indecent act by compulsion) reported the victim's home set at the new wall bordering port on July 1, 2020, with the intent to commit an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of such victim's condition, and led the victim's chest and shoulder by hand to the victim's hand.

In this respect, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim by taking advantage of the victim's mental disorder or inability to resist under 13 years of age.
