A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 05:00 on July 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) d’D’ located in Hongcheon-gun Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do; (b) creshed the victim E’s cash 100,000 won, new card 1, and modern card 1, etc., with which the market price cannot be known; (c) cut off the night shield that was used in the backer part of the victim E’s brea-gund floor.

B. At around 22:00 on July 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s cash-owned cash-related 70,000 won, national card 1, new foreign exchange card 1, Samsung Card 1, Samsung Card 1, and Nonghyup Card 1, etc., in front of the “F” located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun; (b) by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim G was used on the floor under the influence of alcohol; and (c) cut off the re-tested reflectors that could not identify the market price.

2. On July 30, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) at the clothing store in the I department store located in Chuncheon-si (H) around 10:44 on July 30, 2013, the Defendant presented the 370,000 won of the clothes purchased on credit prior to the date of credit to the victim, and (b) received goods and services from the victims and other victims on a total of 24 occasions, such as the 24 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes in the attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims, acquired property or property benefits, and used stolen credit cards or debit cards unlawfully.

3. On July 31, 2013, the Defendant violates the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Intimidation with collective weapons, deadly weapons, etc.) is placed in K of the Hongcheon-gun of Gangwon on July 22, 2013.
