A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol at the main point of “D” operated by Seosan City B on May 12:50, 2014; (b) discovered verification reflectors, which is the victim’s possession, damaged the table floor by the victim E; and (c) brought about e-mail cards and five credit cards, such as NABC CBC card, 1, KBN National Card, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 1, 1, 1, and 5.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On May 7, 2014, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 14:48 on May 7, 2014, at “G cafeteria” operated by the victim under the name unsound in Seosan City F, the Defendant committed a fraudulent purchase of the victim by presenting the NABC CF card and a new card to the victim as if he/she had a legitimate possession.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he purchased the goods, not the owner or legitimate holder of the above physical card or credit card.

The defendant paid 40,000 won with the above e-mail card and 34,000 won with the above e-mail card, and then received delivery from the victim of the above e-mail amounting to 40,000 won.

In addition, from around that time to around May 8, 2014, the Defendant used a stolen credit card or check card, which was stolen by the foregoing method, and received goods equivalent to 1,126,430 won or 15 times, such as the written list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained property or property benefits, and used stolen credit cards or debit cards.
