Purport of claim and appeal
1.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. A. MNNS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “SN”) is a trustee entrusted by the Defendant with the business of customer delivery services at a lot Daegu or Gyeongbuk-do business store in the area of North Korea (hereinafter “instant business”).

The delivery officers recorded in the slip were in charge of the instant work while serving in the non-party company.
B. From June 1, 2015 to July 6, 2015, Nonparty Company suspended the instant work after July 6, 2015. On July 16, 2015, Nonparty Company and the Defendant made an agreement that included the following (hereinafter “instant agreement”).
The defendant (hereinafter referred to as "trustee") and the non-party company (hereinafter referred to as "trustee") shall conclude a written agreement related to the contract for the entrustment of customer delivery services at a lot business store after sufficiently consulting with each other as follows:
Article 1 (Purpose of Agreement) This Agreement shall be concluded from June 1, 2015 by the trustee at the request of the truster.
7.6. The purpose of this is to determine the method of settling the accounts of the commission for logistics commission in connection with the affairs of customer delivery service at a lot store operated until 6.
Article 2 [Standards for Settlement of Accounts] A trustee shall claim a logistics entrustment fee to the truster pursuant to the standards agreed in advance between the truster and the trustee, but the trustee shall separately indicate the amount to be paid to the principal of the trustee and the account number of the principal of the trustee.
Where the truster has no objection to the details of request made by the trustee, the amount of tax invoice received from the trustee;
7. Payment shall be made under Article 3 of the Agreement by no later than 25.
Article 3 [Standards for Payment] The trustee agrees to pay directly to the recipient's account of the trustee under Article 2 of the Agreement among the total amount to be paid by the truster, and actively cooperate in all matters.
