A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a mutually well-known point in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and the first floor with the trade name "C".

No one shall sell agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof with the country of origin disguised, sell such products mixed with other agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof, or store or display such products for sale.

Nevertheless, from July 16, 2013 to January 14, 2014, the Defendant displayed as if he had the country of origin to 32,050,000 won and to 32,050,000 g of Canadian Criger, which was kept after the display site, and sold to many customers of Canada a large number of 17,381,000 gg of Canadian Criger, and the sales of which were 1,37 g of 1,377 g of Canadian Criger, the sales of which were 14,69,200 won, including 1,128 g of Canadian Criger, to 32,050,000 g of Canadian Criger, swine 2,465 g of Canadian Criger, and the sale of which was made by customers to Canadian at the same place as 15,2014.

Accordingly, the defendant sold goods in disguised country of origin, and stored goods for sale in disguised country of origin.
