A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall sell agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof with the country of origin disguised, sell such products mixed with other agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof, or store or display such products for sale.

Nevertheless, from May 2012 to September 20 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) sold 6,705,774 won at the market price of 68,462,74 won in the aggregate to E, F and G, and (b) sold 6,85,474 won in total at 68,42,774 won in the market price of 20,705,448 won in the country of origin of the swine 27,031,142 won in the country of origin; and (c) stored 150,50g in Daegu-gu, the country of origin of the Republic of Korea after mixing 27,031,142 won in the country of origin of the Republic of Korea and 27,031,429.14kg in the Republic of Korea; and (d) stored 1,50g in the Republic of Korea, Daegu-gu, the country of origin of the Republic of Korea.
