A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On September 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) carried drinking water into drinking water rooms located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, the Defendant: (b) laid down two strings as soon as possible after drinking water at the drinking room; and (c) administered phiphones in a way of drinking the smoke emitted by heating psychotropic drugs on a gambling ground (hereinafter “clophone”); and (d) throwing the clophones into a smoke.

2. On September 8, 2014, the Defendant administered philopon’s scopon in the F’s residence located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E 209, using the same method as described in the foregoing 1.

3. On September 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) delivered to J the volume of philophones in the 9th guest room of H hotel in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H hotel; (b) received philophones by delivering the volume of philophones from I to J.

4. On December 2, 2014, around 22:30 on December 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) provided K with approximately KRW 500,000 from K in a car parked on the street near the new wind station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and sold phiphonephones purchased from L, and sold 0.8 grams.

6. On December 3, 2014, the Defendant inhaled 702 rooms around the new wall, in the same manner as the set forth in the foregoing paragraph 1, and administered philophone scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic dose.

7. On December 3, 2014, the Defendant inhaled 702 rooms around the n hotel around the new wall, in the same manner as the listed in the foregoing paragraph 1, and administered philophone scopon’s incopic volume.
