A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At night, on November 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 21:30 on the ground that the Defendant was double at the residence of the victim under Seo-gu Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon District Office B B B B lending; (b) on the ground that the Defendant had a string of the house and had a string door, cut off the string door and opened the string door and intruded into the string; and (c) 2 3,700 won deduction from the market price of the victim’s possession, which was kept in custody in the cooling house, and 3,700 won from the market price.
2. A defendant who intrudes into a room and was living in Seo-gu Daejeon on January 4, 2016 at the time when the defendant was living in Seo-gu, Daejeon.
In the case of the Eel, the victim F, who is the owner of the business, opened a Kacter by using the cresh in the inner room of the Kacter and opened a corrected visit by inserting the left hand, and intrudes into the room occupied by the victim.
3.
