Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On May 13, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for four months for fraud at the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court on May 13, 2020, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 21, 2020.

The case number: The defendant was a construction site manager employed by the victim C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "victim Co., Ltd.") who was awarded a subcontract for B apartment landscaping work from the Seoul District Headquarters of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation around October 2015, 2015.

On May 18, 2016, the Defendant entered the list of those who do not work at the construction site as if they actually worked, and submitted it to the damaged company to obtain labor cost, and submitted it to the employee in charge of settlement of labor cost of the victimized company as if they were engaged in work despite the fact that D actually worked at the construction site, and submitted the related documents to the employee in charge of settlement of labor cost of the victimized company as if they were engaged in work at the construction site. The Defendant received money from the above employee in charge from the National Bank (Account Number: E) of the above D in the name of the National Bank of Korea (Account Number) of the above D in the name of the above employee in charge and acquired it through money in the name of 1,664,975 won from August 8, 2016, as shown in attached Table 4,674,725 won in total from three times until August 8, 2016. ② Notwithstanding the fact that F was actually working at the construction site in the same manner, the Defendant deceiving the above employee in the name of G13:32.
