1. The defendant shall jointly and severally pay to the plaintiff KRW 20,632,881 as well as the interest rate from May 15, 2010 to the day of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and the whole pleadings, the plaintiff lent to the defendant the total amount of KRW 30,000,000 on July 17, 2008, and KRW 5,000,000 on September 5, 2008, and KRW 30,000,000 on September 18, 2008 at interest rate of KRW 36% on the above borrowed amount, and C has jointly and severally guaranteed the above borrowed amount. The defendant may recognize the remainder of KRW 20,632,81 on May 14, 201 by paying interest and principal on the partial borrowed amount to the plaintiff by the payment of principal.

The defendant is jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 20,632,881 won and interest calculated by the rate of 25% per annum as provided by the former Interest Limitation Act from May 15, 2010 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
