1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 140,000,000 won and each year from January 1, 2010 to July 14, 2014.

The Plaintiff lent the sum of KRW 140,00,000 to Defendant B over several times from May 1999 to December 2009 to interest rate of KRW 3%. Defendant C has no dispute between the parties, or it can be recognized in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each of the statements in subparagraphs 1 through 4. There is no counter-proof.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest rate of KRW 140,00,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 30% per annum, which is the highest interest rate of the Interest Limitation Act, from January 1, 2010 to July 14, 2014, and the above highest interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of all of the grounds.
