A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 19, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 21:30 on January 19, 2020, at a police box of the Taegu Seo-gu Police Station C, which was under the influence of alcohol and served there, assaulted D’s item on one occasion at one time, with a warning to the effect that “if the Defendant continues to act, he may be subject to criminal punishment” from D(the age of 36) to the police box belonging to the said police box, who was under the influence of alcohol.
