Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a mixed car B.

On January 14, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car as a service around 17:38, and operated the three-lane road in the city of the Gyeonggi-si in the city of the Gyeonggi-si along the two-lanes of the two-lanes from the Kimpo-si to the airside of the air.
