1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant (Appointed Party), Appointed C, each of whom was KRW 9,711,919, and its corresponding from October 9, 2013.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Before the death of March 17, 1985, the parties’ relevant network E (hereinafter “the deceased”) had the Plaintiff, Nonparty G, network H, and the Defendant (only the appointed party; hereinafter “Defendant”) as his child between the Plaintiff, Nonparty G, and the next wife C, and Nonparty J as his child. Meanwhile, the appointed party D is the Defendant’s husband.
B. 1) On October 16, 1968, the Deceased’s registration of the instant real estate: (a) each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on October 16, 1968; and (b) each of the land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 3 among them is the “instant land”; and (c) the buildings listed in the separate sheet Nos.
2) On February 29, 1984, the Defendant and the Selected completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant real estate, and the Defendant and the Appointor I completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each one-half share under the name of the Defendant and Appointor I.
3) However, on June 13, 2011, each of the above co-ownership shares of the defendant and designated parties I was corrected to 4/29 each on the grounds of the final judgment rendered by Seoul Central District Court 86Gahap6306, and all of the same days was registered in the name of the non-party K. 4), the registration of transfer of co-ownership was completed in the name of the non-party K. also on June 13, 201, the remainder of the deceased's name 21/29 [1-(4/29 x 29 x 4/17) among the real estate in this case, the registration of the inheritance on the grounds of the above inheritance on March 17, 1985 is based on the inheritance register, the deceased's death on the deceased's 13th day and the deceased's death on the deceased's 18th day on the deceased's 1985.
The registration of transfer of co-ownership has been completed on the ground of this paragraph.
5) Accordingly, the register of the real estate of this case was entered in the list of co-owners, including the plaintiff, that the co-owners share the above real estate according to their respective shares.
