Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. At around 18:20 on October 12, 2018, JWH-018 and the defendant receiving similar objects proposed a large volume transaction of D'B's ‘b' referred to as ‘B' from the stairs of the C-UB emergency building in Busan Shipping Daegu (U.S.) building, and delivered IMB-FUBINA (AM-FUBA) and NADB-BINA (ADA) free of charge, under the pretext of sampling, approximately 2g of psychotropic drugs.
2. On October 29, 2018, around 15:40 on October 29, 2018, the Defendant, for the purpose of selling and buying JH-018 and its similar body, divided into six vinyls for the purpose of selling and buying MWH-018, psychotropic drugs, and EMB-FUBINACA (AMB-UBACA) and Edibibibi-Puba (ADB-FUBINACA) and approximately 312.84g (including PP) at the Defendant’s house located in Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do, Busan-do, and held approximately 15:50 on the same day, and held approximately 36.7 DBABA-64g (including DBA-67) in bulk for the purpose of selling and selling psychotropic drugs in the Defendant’s office, which correspond to psychotropic drugs, and held them in the MWH-018 and its similar body.
