Criminal facts
On June 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a maximum of 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor due to special larceny, etc. and a short of 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor on January 29, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 29, 2014.
1. Cases 2014 Highest 2352;
A. On July 201, 2014, the Defendant opened and intruded the entrance that was not set at the victim D’s house located on the first floor underground of the Yongsan-gu C Building, U.S.A., the Defendant collected KRW 600,000 in cash from the bank located in that place by means of the gaps in which the victim locked, and 30,000 in cash in half and in that place, and stolen with transportation cards.
B. Around 01:00 on August 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into the victim F’s house located in Yongsan-gu EB02, Goyang-si; (b) opened a 90,000 won in cash from the victim’s wall located on television side; (c) KRW 10,000 in cash from the victim’s wall located on the television side; (d) KRW 5,000 in the new world gift certificates; and (e) KRW 10,000 in the new world gift certificates; and (e) KRW 10,000 in the new world gift certificates; and (e) KRW 10,000 in the part of the victim F’s clothes located in the victim F’s clothes box located in the victim’s wall.
C. On August 23, 2014, the Defendant opened and intruded a gate that was not set at the victim I’s house located in Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Seoyang-si, and cut down KRW 150,000 in cash in the victim’s clothes located in that place.
At around 03:00 on August 28, 2014, the Defendant opened an entrance in the “L” operated by the victim K located in Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, and intruded into the entrance, and the Defendant took a theft by taking 8,500,000 won in cash from the victim’s occupation machine located on his/her book by using the gaps in which the victim was locked.
2. The Defendant in the case 2014 Godan2416 was Ma and N, and the Defendant was shot-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si around 04:00 on June 27, 2014.
