A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2006, the Defendant entered into a lease contract with D, a lessor, and KRW 500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, and entered into a lease contract with D on August 16, 2008 with E, who acquired the above house and succeeded to D’s status as a lessor on September 30, 208.

On June 2014, the Defendant knew of the death of the above D, which was a different place from the above house, and attempted to file a civil suit in order to collect deposit more than the deposit money under the contract from the above E, by forging the lease contract under the name of D.

1. On June 2014, the Defendant forged private document in the column of the location of the real estate lease contract printed by writing equipment at the Defendant’s residence located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, on June 25, 2014, the Defendant: “Yansan-si C”; “Fan-si C”; “6 square” in the site column; “Fan million won” in the rent column; “10,000 won in the monthly rent column”; “Fan-si shall be made on November 25, 2006; “In order to comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, one copy of each contract shall be kept”; “FG and telephone number column” in the lessor’s address column; and “D’s name and seal shall be stamped without permission after writing “FG and telephone number” in the column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. On June 13, 2014, the Defendant submitted a forged real estate lease contract to a registered official who is aware of the forgery in the Busan District Court’s registration in the Busan District Court-dong, Busan District Court, as if it was duly formed.
