A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

An application filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years and a fine of 10 million won on September 22, 2012 at the Busan District Court on September 14, 2012.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On January 20, 2010, the Defendant, within the “E” store operated by the Defendant located in Suwon-gu, Busan, the location of the site for the real estate lease contract, stating in the column for the location of the site for the land for the land for the real estate lease contract, “Sesan-gu D”, “Sesan-gu D” in the former deposit column, “Sesan-do million won” in the monthly rent column, “Seoul-do 2009.3.21,” “A” in the lessee column, and “A” in the lessor column, “B” in the lessor column, and affixed a G seal that was possessed next to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in G name, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On January 20, 2010, the Defendant stated in the loan certificate form “Won 20,000,000,000 won (“Won 20,000 won”) written by the Defendant, “The above amount was borrowed from January 20, 2010 to December 20, 2010, and the Defendant promised to preferentially pay the deposit on a deposit basis if the amount was not paid by December 20, 2010,” at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a) above, and marked “A” in the guarantor column “G, Busan City/Gu D, and resident number F,” and affixed a G seal held next to that name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the loan certificate in G name, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

C. At the above “E” on January 21, 2010, the Defendant: (a) the lessee, following the lessee: (b) the deposit held pursuant to the contract for the lease of a commercial building in Busan Shipping Daegu H 102 Dong-dong 304; (c) the lessee is the lessee. (d) the lessee is the lessee: (e) the lessee is the lessee, who is in possession of the leased commercial building in accordance with the contract for the lease of the commercial building in Busan Y Y Y 102 Dong-dong 304.
