Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

B and C are female employees of “E” entertainment bars in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 3 floors, and F is the head of “H” entertainment bars in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2 floors (hereinafter “I”).

The Defendant is the head of the above hotel office, from September 1, 2015 to “K” hotel located in Songpa-gu Seoul High Court, for example, management and parking of fices, preparation of the status of daily sales, and receipt of payment from the said “E” entertainment tavern and the said “H” entertainment tavern.

On September 14, 2015, around 23:55, the Defendant knowingly agreed to receive 20,000 won from credit, and had the said B and the said L perform sexual traffic by having the hotel be accommodated in the guest room of the said hotel, with the knowledge that the L, a guest of the said hotel, and the said E, were to engage in sexual traffic in order to engage in sexual traffic.

On September 14, 2015, the Defendant agreed to receive 20,000 won on credit with the said hotel to allow the said M and the said N to perform sexual traffic by having the said hotel be accommodated in the guest room of the said hotel, with the knowledge of the fact that M and the said entertainment drinking house had been engaged in sexual traffic at the hotel of “K” around 23:57, 2015.

On September 15, 2015, the Defendant, at the above hotel, agreed to receive 20,000 won from the hotel on credit with the above hotel in order to engage in sexual traffic between the above hotel C and the above hotel in order for the above hotel to engage in sexual traffic between them, and let C and the aboveO be accommodated in the guest room of the above hotel, thereby allowing them to engage in sexual traffic.

As a result, the defendant committed acts of arranging sexual traffic by providing a place for sexual traffic for business purposes.
