Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2013 Highest 985"
1. Around 00:00 on May 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 413 of the D Hospital in Yasan-si, Yasan-si (hereinafter “D Hospital”); (b) 4.13 of the D Hospital in Yasan-si, where the victim E was hospitalized, intruded into the said D Hospital through the entrance, using the cresh in which the victim E was locked; and (c) 1,40,000 won in cash, which was contained in the victim’s home page, and 50,000 won in cash, and 50,000 won in cash, one driver’s license, one resident registration certificate, and one f., the victim’s husband; and (d) f., the victim’s husband.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On May 28, 2013, the Defendant, at around 01:00, acted as if he would pay the normal drinking value at the “I’s main point of the operation of the Victim H in Y in Y in Y in Y in Y, and ordered 100,000 won and 600,000 won, and ordered f’s agricultural card, which was stolen, presented it as his card, and had the F’s card finalizeded as if it were its own card.
Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received a stolen credit card, and used the stolen credit card.
B. On May 28, 2013, around 02:50 on May 28, 2013, the Defendant “K” outlined for the operation of the Victim J in Y in Hasan-si G.
From the main point to the 700,000 won in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the head of the administrative agency ordered alcoholic beverages with F's agricultural card.
Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received a stolen credit card, and used the stolen credit card in the amount of KRW 700,000.
C. On May 28, 2013, around 04:28, the Defendant purchased 20,700 won or milk in total from the “M” convenience store located in the following cities: (a) and (b) presented the stolen F Nonghyup card to the victim N as if he was his card, and had the Defendant approve 20,700 won in the card.
Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 20,700 won or milk, and used stolen credit cards.
The defendant of "2013 Highest 1366" is around 14:00 on September 11, 2013.
