Defendant

A Imprisonment for 10 months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 months, respectively.

However, the defendant C is subject to objection.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a thief driver of freight truck in the victim (ju)G.

The Defendant committed a theft by cutting off the transit of the victim H 25 tons of truck owned by himself/herself, and selling it to other persons.

On January 17, 2015, around 11:28, the Defendant: (a) sold B and C the transit of KRW 400 liters loaded on the cargo truck auxiliary fuel tank to B at KRW 280,000; and (b) sold B and C the transit of KRW 32,800 via the market price of KRW 43,06,40,000 in total over 82 times, as shown in the List of Crimes (1) of the attached Table.

2. The Defendant acquiring stolens by Defendant B is a person with the enemy who had operated an I gas station in the voice group in Chungcheongbuk-gu.

On January 17, 2015, the Defendant acquired 280,60,000 won, a total of 56 times in total, via 29,411,200, the market price of which is 22,400,000 won, after being aware of the fact that 400,000 liters via an auxiliary fuel tank of H 25 tons truck, was stolen from the auxiliary fuel tank of H 25 tons, and after being aware of the fact, the Defendant acquired 280,000 won by dividing the above light into 20,00 drums loaded in its own white canx, with the knowledge of the fact that it was the stolen goods.

3. Defendant C is a person who returns to farming and engages in agriculture.

On August 21, 2015, at around 22:50, the Defendant paid KRW 300,000, the Defendant, even though he was aware of the fact that 400 liters, which he stolen from a subsidiary fuel tank of H 25 tons truck, in front of an expressway dive fuel tank in the G25 tons of freight truck, and then acquired the stolen by transferring the transit to a pumps plastic oil and loading it in his inspection on the pumps with the method of carrying it in the law of the same method as shown in the list of crimes (3).
