Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2012, the Defendant, on December 28, 2012, around 12:00, in a subway 2 line that is moving from the new forest station in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the salarycheon Station, sold goods to passengers, and was discovered as being suspected of violating the Railroad Safety Act from C, a security officer belonging to the Seoul Meet, thereby getting off from the salarycheon Station.

After undergoing an investigation into the above violation of the provisions of Article 50 of the Railroad Safety Act, the Defendant did not comply with the request without any justifiable reason, even though he was required to leave from the Dobong River basin pursuant to Article 50 of the said Act.

Article 50 subparagraph 4 of the Railroad Safety Act means any of the following areas:

1. A stopping place;

2. The area within a wall or boundary line of a place where facilities, such as railroads, signal apparatuses, rolling stock maintenance stations, communications facilities, power facilities, etc. are installed;

3. Article 47 Subparag. 6 of the said Act prohibits “any other act causing harm to the public or passengers, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport,” and Article 80 Subparag. 3 of the Enforcement Rule of the Railroad Safety Act prohibits “an act stipulated by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport,” without permission of railroad workers.
