A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a B AEp car.

On October 4, 2014, at around 02:55, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.097% of alcohol level, and proceeded at the speed of 60km per hour at the speed of 10km from the surface of the apartment bank located in the limit of 37-lane, Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, the 8-do Do, Seoan-do 37-do Do.
