1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall support the Gwangju District Court as to the land listed in [Attachment List Nos. 1 to 4].
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Each land indicated in the separate sheet (However, each land indicated in the separate sheet Nos. 2 through 4 is divided on Nov. 4, 2014 into E-si, the land of which is divided on Nov. 4, 2014; hereinafter “instant land before the instant partition”; and the combination of each land indicated in the separate sheet is referred to as “each of the instant land” on November 30, 1918.
B. As to the land before the partition of this case on June 4, 2006, Defendant B issued a certificate of guarantee from each guarantor G, H, and I that “each of the above land is currently being donated by the Defendants from F through J on April 7, 1985, and is actually owned by the Defendants,” with respect to the land listed in attached list Nos. 1 through (4) of July 21, 2006, and Defendant D completed the registration of preservation of ownership on each of the land listed in attached list No. 5 of the annexed list No. 5 of the attached list of June 4, 206, pursuant to the Special Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Forest Land Ownership, etc. (Act No. 7500, Nov. 24, 2006; hereinafter referred to as “Special Act”), Defendant B completed the registration of preservation of ownership on each of the land listed in attached list No. 1 through (5) of this case.
C. Of each land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 2 through 4, the registration of the 99/84 shares in the Gwangju District Court’s Netcheon Branch and the registration of the partial transfer of the ownership in the name of the Defendant C was completed on October 6, 2014 as of October 6, 2014.

As to the land listed in the list No. 5, the registration of net support of the Gwangju District Court and the registration of provisional seizure in the name of the defendant Korea Asset Management Corporation was completed on November 12, 2007, and the registration of provisional seizure in the name of the defendant Korea Asset Management Corporation was completed on October 30, 2013 and the registration of establishment of a mortgage in the name of the defendant D was completed on October 30, 2013.
E. Meanwhile, the deceased on May 18, 1921, and the deceased on May 18, 1921, the deceased family heirJ inherited each land listed in the separate sheet in accordance with the former customary law. The deceased on November 20, 1990, and the deceasedJ.
