When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2018, around 23:50, the Defendant driven a B body-man car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 1km from around 1km to the road located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Incheon, to the Handong-ro 166 (Weandong-dong).
