1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4,000,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2015, at around 23:45, the Defendant driven a car with Burstom from approximately 200 meters from the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to the Handong-ro 166 Handong-ro 166, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.127%.
