Punishment of the crime
On February 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Busan District Court on February 12, 2015, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on the 24th of the same month

1.
