Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered a stove electric boiler cable (1 cm in diameter) owned by the victim D, which was buried underground at the site of Gyeonggi-si C, and disposed of the stoves of the victim’s supervision over the water on the water surface; and (b) took a theft of approximately KRW 500,000,000 at the market price of the said electric cable buried on the ground at the site of the stove-gun of Gyeonggi-do around November 2012; and (c) disposed of the stoves of the victim on the water surface.
