A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act at the Changwon District of the Busan High Court on October 2, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 26, 2012.

The defendant was asked by F, who was in charge of the field management of the E-site through L, which was known to the general public, to dispose of the scrap metal in the above shipbuilding yard.

On June 17, 201, from around 11:00 to 18:00 on June 17, 2011, the Defendant, while treating scrap iron in the above E, was laid off in large quantities of electric cables in the above E and, with the knowledge that the service cost did not allow the outside persons to enter the factory, was willing to steal high-priced electric cables laid underground in the factory.

The Defendant, for water treatment, cut off electric cables owned by the victim E, Inc., Ltd., the Defendant employed from 5 to 6 persons on the ground to a camera, laid off the cable cables buried underground by using the vehicle to G with the article G, laid off the cable cables laid underground on the ground, and loaded them into the chain of 15 tons operated by H, and loaded them into the 15 tons vehicle.

The Defendant, from around 15:00 on June 19, 201, from around 15:00 to around 17:00, employed 5 to 6 workers, such as H, and extracted electric cables owned by the victim, laid underground in the E plant, and carried 15 tons of electric cables operated by I.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen approximately 16 tons of electric wires equivalent to 101,297,062 won at the market price owned by the victim two times.
