A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant became aware of the Victim E (M, 17 years of age) who is a juvenile of D high school in three years through the “C”, a smartphone hosting c.

1. On June 10, 2017, the Defendant promised to purchase the sex of the victim, who is a juvenile, by giving 150,000 won to the victim, who is a juvenile, and providing 150,000 won to the victim, at the motherel where it is difficult to know the trade name near the Gu, Seo-gu, Busan, and Dong, which is located in the Dong, Busan, and then purchasing the sex of the victim, who is a juvenile.

2. On June 18, 2017, the Defendant purchased the sex of the victim who is a child and juvenile by having the victim 150,000 won with the victim at the Gelel located in Ulsan-gun F in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and 150,000 won with the victim’s sexual intercourse once.

3. On July 15, 2017, the Defendant purchased the sex of the victim who is a child or juvenile by having the victim KRW 150,00 and 150,000 with the victim’s sexual intercourse at the Gelel located in Ulsan-gun F, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.

4. On July 22, 2017, the Defendant purchased the sex of the victim who is a child and juvenile by having the victim with 150,000 won and 150,000 won with the victim’s sexual intercourse at the Moel located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.

5. On July 24, 2017, the Defendant purchased the sex of the victim who is a child and juvenile by having the victim with 150,000 won and 150,000 won with the victim’s sexual intercourse at the Moel located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.

6. On August 6, 2017, the Defendant purchased the sex of the victim who is a juvenile of the child through the purchase of beef at the Kelel located in the U.S.J of Ulsan-gun on a single-time basis after the sexual intercourse with the victim, at the Kelel located in the U.S.J of Ulsan-gun.

7. On August 20, 2017, the Defendant decided to later transfer KRW 500,000 to the victim at the Gelel located in Ulsan-gun F, Ulsan-gun on August 20, 2017, and purchased the sex of the victim who is a child or juvenile on a single-time basis.

As a result, the defendant had committed a total of seven times to purchase the sex of the victim who is a juvenile.
