Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 12, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (sexual traffic) issued 200,000 won to a female female woman C at the mutual influence in the south of the east on August 13, 2016, and purchased C’s sex by providing two sexual intercourses with C in return.

2. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On August 19, 2016, the Defendant recognized that he/she was a juvenile attending this high school, who is a juvenile, at around August 19, 2016, he/she had the mind to purchase the sex of the said C. On the same day, the Defendant sold clothes equivalent to KRW 190,400 in return for the sexual traffic to the said C at an infer department store located near Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, and ordered the said C to play sports equivalent to KRW 119,00 in return for the sexual traffic around August 20, 2016.

1) On August 20, 2016, the Defendant purchased the sex of juveniles by entering the E guest room located in E in E in E in Sungsung City D only one time, and purchasing the sex of juveniles.

2) On August 21, 2016, the Defendant purchased the sex of the juvenile by joining the above C with the first time with the agricultural road located on the Ffold of the Flue City around 2016.

B. On August 24, 2016, the Defendant remitted KRW 100,000 to the account of C, which is a juvenile, as the price for sexual traffic, and around October 29 of the same year, delivered KRW 100,000 in cash to the above C in the name of the price for sexual traffic, and purchased the sex of the juvenile by combining the above C with the 1st sexual intercourse around the H reservoir located in Hasung-si, on October 30, 2016.
