Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. N Co., Ltd. is a company established on November 2, 2004 for the purpose of running the business of manufacturing, selling, etc. of V and width, and the trade name before the trade name was changed on January 19, 2017 was “Co., Ltd. A” and “C Co., Ltd.” before the trade name was changed on December 24, 2009.

On September 28, 2016, O was appointed from the Changwon District Court as a custodian of A and took over the instant lawsuit, but on January 10, 2017, the Plaintiff was again appointed from the Changwon District Court as a custodian of A and took over the instant lawsuit again.
