1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 122,531,604 as well as KRW 118,680,90 among them, from September 6, 2013 to the day of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Judgment based on the assertion of confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendant shall be deemed to have led to a confession of all the Plaintiff’s allegations in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, since the Defendant was served with the original duplicate of the complaint, and only submitted a simple reply that does not dispute the Plaintiff’s dismissal of the claim or the cause of the claim, and did not submit a reply or a preparatory document
